The course focuses on advanced methods of project delivery and construction documents. The process incorporates the use of digital software to investigate form as well as the construction process to connect design and its technicalities. The class introduces Building Information Modeling (BIM) software as one of the tools to draw a relationship between project stakeholders. 

The design is based on the programmatic requirement of the lot in Los Angeles. The building hosts an open floor plan gallery on the ground floor, an office on the second floor, and residential units and different scales on the top floor.
